FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular, to traumatology and orthopedics and can be used in treatment of fractures of shin bones. Intramedullary osteosynthesis with diaphysis fracture blocking is performed by introducing a rod into the posterior parts of the upper third of shin and changing the point of its introduction, approaching to joint surface of tibial bone. After reposition, fixation of the lateral condyle by the support plate which is placed maximally anteriorly with the location of its diaphysial part directly on the anterior edge of tibial bone is carried out.

EFFECT: method provides an early development of movements in knee and ankle joints, exact reposition of condyles with low-invasive osteosynthesis of diaphysial section, reduction of trauma and probability of post-operational complications development.
