SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to dentistry and is intended for cleaning teeth and interdental spaces, as well as for gum massage. Toothpick contains elongated rod base, on whose opposite ends massaging and cleaning elements are located. Elongated rod base with oval section has system of hollows on both sides. Hollows are made evenly along entire length, which eliminates sliding of thumb and pointing finger. On one of base ends opposite cleaning element located is wedge-shaped massaging element with corrugated surface. Cleaning element has smaller oval section than base and is made with setoffs. Setoffs are located perpendicularly to base symmetry axis and are made with curvature radii. Cleaning element and setoffs are made flexible and elastic.

EFFECT: ensuring the most efficient cleaning of teeth and interdental spaces of oral cavity from deposits and food residues both from external and internal sides; achievement of safe and comfortable gum massage.
