FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of cosmetics, in particular, to antiperspirants. Oxo-hexameric zirconium salt of octaamino acid, such as glycine, is obtained by mixing zirconium (Zr):amino acid: and inorganic acid in molar ratio 1: from about 1 to about 15: from about 1.5 to about 3 for formation of mixture, mixture filtration, mixture drying. Oxo-hexameric zirconium salt of octaamino acid with molecular formula: oxo-[Zr6amino acid8]Xy·nH2O, where Zr represents zirconium, X represents inorganic acid anion, and n and y independently represent numerical values from 0 to 20. Method of manufacturing antiperspirant active zirconium-aluminium-amino acid compound includes mixing oxo-hexameric zirconium salt of octaamino acid with aluminium chlorhydrate and/or aluminium chloride and mixture drying.
EFFECT: invention ensures stability, efficiency and preservation of zirconium-amino acid particles for making antiperspirant and/or deodorant compositions.
