FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to cosmetics, particularly antiperspirants. A composition with antiperspirant activity contains aluminium salt, has a molar ratio of aluminium to chloride within 0.3:1, shows a SEC chromatogram having a ratio of a peak 4 intensity to a peak 3 SEC, at least, 7, and a peak 4 intensity greater than a peak 5 intensity in an aqueous solution. The composition can optionally contain zirconium. A method for making it involves heating under reflux for 1 to 5 hours.
EFFECT: invention provides preparing the effective antiperspirant composition by producing the antiperspirant salt containing a higher quantity of the particles of effective size capable blocking the sweat flow.
