SUBSTANCE: proposed device is fitted on bottle neck and comprises body to confine inner space. Said body comprises bottom section with first opening and top section with second opening, fluid channel arranged inside said inner space to communicate first opening with second opening, cooler arranged inside said space to stay in contact with said cooler, and base intended for tight arrangement on bottle neck. Said base comprises first channel to communicate bottle inner space with first opening. Fluid passing through said device changes temperature from initial value to second temperature lower than said initial value.
EFFECT: dispenser may be arranged directly on bottle neck.
