SUBSTANCE: device includes the following: at least one frame with at least four corners lying with its base on a panel, wherein part of the surface of the panel, bounded by inner faces of the frame, part of the surface of the panel lying outside the faces of the frame and the surface between faces of the frame itself, which projects over the level the of the surface the panel by a given height, are, the first, second and third working surfaces of the device, respectively, and the inner and outer faces of the frame are the fourth and fifth working surfaces of the device and serve as guides for the working element of at least three sensors fitted on at least one of the working surfaces of the device. Change in the state of at least three sensors during said action on them enables to program multiple codes for information input.
EFFECT: reduced weight and size of the device without deterioration of quality of information input.
