FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: communication sessions with peripheral stations are set up cyclically. The period of the communication cycle is not shorter than the duration of the communication session. Communication requests are gathered and transmitted at the relay satellite before the beginning of the next communication cycle. The number of beams of multi-beam antennae involved in the next communication cycle is determined in order to generate targets for installation thereof and then transmitted before the beginning of the next communication cycle. Pseudorandom sequences used to ensure information transmission security are generated from the stored targets for onboard multi-beam antennae. The obtained pseudorandom sequences are multiplied with the transmitted information. The pseudorandom sequence in the channel with the changed target for onboard multi-beam antennae is changed.

EFFECT: simple design of the relay which ensures secure transmission of information over communication lines.
