FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of psychophysiology and medical equipment and can be used in carrying out and registration of psychophysiological person's state by pupil response. Eye is illuminated by IR radiation, pupil response is registered in process of verbal communication by separate frame-by-frame measurement of eye pupil circumference length, deviation of pupil from its middle position and determination of vector diagram of pupil deviation direction when responding blocks of questions of neutral and control type respectively. Depending on vector diagram, type of thinking of tested person is determined: visual, auditory or kinetic. Questions of control type are selected corresponding to tested person's thinking, mean-square deviation of measured parameters from initial position is determined. It is calculated whether current results of measurements of circumference length and pupil deviation get within the limits of statistical errors for corresponding current result in answering questions of neutral type. Obtained results are divided into three category of psychophysiological response: neutral - when both values of current results get within the limits of square-mean deviation, medium - when only one of current results gets within the limits of mean-square deviation for circumference length and for pupil deviation according to mean-square deviation and high - when both current results do not get within the limits of mean-square deviation by dynamic changes, which makes it possible to judge about person's psychophysiological state.
EFFECT: method provides possibility to carry out screening examination in real time and is expressed by increase of measurement accuracy, self-descriptiveness of diagnostic signs.
