SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in conducting individual and mass studies in psychophysiology, psychology, pedagogy, medicine, for monitoring of psychophysiological conditions of a human operator in hazardous professions (air traffic controllers, flight personnel, operators of power systems, dispatchers on railway transport, etc.). Novelty of the proposed method consists in using the capabilities of two known methods, E.P. Il'in and A.K. Drozdovsky, determination of properties "external" and "internal" balance of excitation and braking processes. Set of essential features enables to obtain a new positive result, which consists in objective assessment of psychophysiological conditions, efficiency of issuing results of state estimation, which is provided by mobile devices based on modern digital technologies.

EFFECT: method enables to significantly expand the range of scientific research that will provide an impetus for its implementation in practice, in particular, to ensure safety of representatives of complex occupations (air traffic controllers, flight personnel, operators of power systems, dispatchers on railway transport, et cetera).
