SUBSTANCE: invention refers to cosmetology, and represents a solid cosmetic composition of lipstick of the hardness 30 to 300 g, containing at least one polyester 0.1 to 70 wt % in relation to weight of the cosmetic composition which can be produced by a reaction: at least one polyol 10 to 30 wt % in relation to total weight of polyester, and polyol is represented by a saturated, linear or branched hydrocarbon compound containing 3 to 18 carbon atoms, particularly 3 to 12, even 4 to 10 carbon atoms, and 3 to 6 hydroxyl groups (OH); at least one saturated or unsaturated, branched and/or cyclic nonaromatic monocarboxylic acid 30 to 80 wt % in relation to total weight of polyester containing 6 to 32 carbon atoms; at least one aromatic monocarboxylic acid 0.1 to 10 wt % in relation to total weight of polyester containing 7 to 11 carbon atoms, and optionally substituted by 1 to 3 saturated or unsaturated, linear, branched and/or cyclic alkyl radicals containing 1-32 carbon atoms; at least one saturated or unsaturated, even aromatic, linear, branched and/or cyclic polycarboxylic acid 5 to 40 wt % in relation to total weight of polyester containing at least 2 carboxylic group COOH, particularly 2 to 4 groups COOH; and/or one cyclic anhydride of such polycarboxylic acid; and polyester is a part of the composition in the amount making 1 to 50 wt %.
