SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, more specifically to a cosmetic composition containing: 0.1 to 70 wt % of the weight of the cosmetic composition of at least one polyester which can be produced from reaction of: at least one polyol with 3 to 6 hydroxyl groups; at least one nonaromatic branched monocarboxylic acid; at least one aromatic monocarboxylic acid and at least one polycarboxylic acid with at least 2 carboxylic groups COOH, and/or one cyclic anhydride such as polycarboxylic acid, 1 to 90 wt % of the weight of the cosmetic composition of at least one branched compound with fusion temperature within 20 to 50°C and molecular weight within 500 to 100000 g/mol.
EFFECT: invention also refers to the method of cosmetic treatment with using said composition, and to use of said composition in lips care or make-up The cosmetic composition exhibits good shine, colour setting.
