SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the cosmetic industry and is a composition in the form of an emulsion for keratin materials containing at least one polyester obtained by esterification of a polycarboxylic acid ester of an aliphatic hydroxycarboxylic acid, containing at least two hydroxyl groups, where the polyester is paste-like or viscous compound at room temperature, that is 25 °C, and at least one non-ionic cellulose derivative containing one or more hydrophobic substitutes having 8–30 carbon atoms. Invention also includes a method for cosmetic treatment of keratin material by said composition. Group of inventions enables to obtain emulsions containing paste-like fatty substances, which are stable, even without use of emulsifying surfactant or with its insignificant percentage content.
EFFECT: composition according to the invention provides an excellent sensation without peeling effect, as well as without a fatty or adhesive effect and without rolling-off effects.
