FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid medium reactors intended for polycondensation of ethers. Proposed reactor comprises rotor to rotate in reactor housing with inlet and outlet, and shaft fitted horizontally on mount with the help of shat pins extending beyond reactor housing face walls. Note here that film forming annular elements are arranged on said rotor with pullers arranged there between. Cylindrical rotor has section that may be partially cooled/heated arranged toward outlet and unheated section arranged toward inlet. Unheated section represents a perforated shell while cooled/heated section makes a solid shell.
EFFECT: simplified production of high-viscosity and high-quality polymer products.
