FIELD: chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: horizontally oriented reactor with loading and discharge units encloses cage-like rotor supported by cantilevered rolls. Cage- like rotor is equipped with members attached to it, for example, rings that are immersed in a medium and agitate it. Coaxially to cage-like rotor, scrapping rotor is installed. The two rotors rotate one in the other, mix medium, and transfer it simultaneously cleansing surface of reactor. The rotors are additionally cleansed by way of scrapping on the opposite side.
