FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to abrasive processing and may be used in producing vibration machines with abrasive convex or concave tools for grinding, for example, minor defects of paint or vanish coats. Proposed machine comprises encased drive motor and drive shaft interacting with the latter and grinding head. The latter is made up of a support for flexible abrasive product and fitted in bearings to run therein. Drive shaft consists of two elements including main shaft and camshaft rigidly jointed thereto. Camshaft axial line is set at preset angle to appropriate axial line of the main shaft. Grinding wheel is fitted on cam shaft to oscillate thereon within, in fact, spherical surface formed due to rotation of the main shaft, eccentricity and inclination of camshaft relative to the main shaft.
EFFECT: ease of control, higher reliability, better finish of ground surfaces and those not ground.
