FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed set of invention relates to the method of plastic material wastes reprocessing into high-density granules and to method of producing fuel gas, greasy substance and coke by thermal decomposition and evaporation of granules in coke oven. Proposed method comprises heating plastic materials wastes to 180-260°C in extruder to extrude plastic wastes via nozzle. Note here that plastic material wastes represent a mix of diverse plastic materials comprising, at least, one thermoplastic resin selected from the group including polyethylene, polypropylene and polystyrene with total content in the mix making 50 wt % or more. Then, evacuation is performed to remove gas from the extruder inner chamber to 0.1-0.5 atm. Further, plastic wastes are formed by extruding them via the nozzle at these conditions. Now, extruded wastes are cut and cooled in water cooler.

EFFECT: high-density plastic granules, higher efficiency of granule production process.
