FIELD: processing of municipal solid waste; environmental protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the coke industry. The method of processing and disposal of polymer household and industrial waste includes crushing, compaction, pyrolysis and coking. At the same time, polymeric household waste is preliminarily decomposed with the help of microorganisms, crushed to a size of 3-6 mm, mixed with rubber dust in a ratio of 1:5 at a temperature of 20-30°C. The resulting mixture is heated to 130-137°C, then the compacted mixture is compacted and crushed to a size of 2.5-3.0 mm. The resulting mass is mixed with coal charge in the ratio (7-12):(93-88), loaded into the coking chamber with addition of recycled plastic having a melting point of 450-500°C, after which it is subjected to slow pyrolysis and coked with a coking period of at least 20 hours to a temperature of 950°C. Moreover, when the temperature reaches 450-500°C the material is exposed for one to two hours.
EFFECT: invention provides improvement of coke quality and its yield, reduction of coking coal consumption, environmental protection, reduction of labour costs for equipment cleaning.
