FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of parts from composite material made using polymer resin and reinforcing by fiber made up of, at least, two sub components. Proposed method comprises partial hardening of first sub component in autoclave at maximum temperature T1 varying from resin gelation temperature GT to resin hardening temperature CT during preset time PT1 so that exothermal component gets released from first sub component in amount exceeding 50%. Then, second sub component is hardened to allow assembling two sub components. Now, both are bonded in thermal hardening in autoclave at maximum temperature T2 varying from 90% and 100% of aforesaid temperature CT during preset time PT2.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and reduced costs.
