FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of producing, at least, one thin-wall stiffness element from composite material. Proposed method comprises stages described below two, in fact, identical elongated side pieces 2, 4 are cut from fibrous plates to contain two lateral tapers 10, 14 on both sides of central part 16. Side pieces 2, 24 are laid one onto another and sawn together along two parallel lines 8, 12 that separated lateral tapers from central parts. Lateral tapers 10, 14 are bent along seam lines on both sides of thus formed assembly to produce stiffness element flanges 22, 24. Another version of proposed method comprises additionally: laying both blanks of stiffness elements one upon another so that free end 16b of second blank 40b is located opposite central part 16a of stiffness element first blank and sawing free end 16b of second blank 40b to central part of stiffness element first blank. Method of fabricating reinforced panel comprises producing stiffness element as described above.
EFFECT: simplified method.
