FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed plate conveyor comprises linear and transfer chutes, drive and tension drums, chains and guides. Cargoes are carried by transfer plates resting on axles supporting rolls provided with ball bearings rolling on chute bottoms when transfer plate move. Tie rods connect two traction chains together to move the axles. Said axles are coupled on both sides of transport facility. Weight of cargo on plates and that of parts of transfer run are completely imparted to chute bottom via axles and running rolls.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption, transfer of cargoes to longer distances.
