SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water treatment and may be used to proportion water purification additive into water. Proposed cartridge 120 comprises casing 130, cylinder 140 arranged inside said casing and containing suitable additive for water, pump 150 jointed with said casing and communicated with said cylinder 140, release check valve 158 communicated with pump 150 and comprising two sealing surfaces. Cartridge pump, when activated, may metre our certain amount of additive for water from said cylinder. Cartridge may be disposable device with no additive accumulation points in its fluid line downstream of said two sealing surfaces of release check valve. Cartridge casing feature curved cross section formed by first and second lateral convex walls. Note here that convex curves of first and second lateral walls are directed in one direction.

EFFECT: possibility to connect cartridge to various water treatment device, good water treatment.
