FIELD: explosives.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to methods for manufacturing granular industrial explosives in the field. A cartridge for the manufacture of granular industrial explosive compositions at the blasting site is a mixed mixture of aluminium powder or powder, crushed urea and an antistatic additive dissolved in industrial oil or diesel fuel in the form of chromium and cobalt naphthenates or chromium dodecylbenzenesulfonates or chromium salts of organic fatty acids, in proportions corresponding to the formulation of the composition of the granulite. The container is filled with a mixture in an amount proportional to or a multiple of the total weight of ammonium nitrate and oil in the formulation of the manufactured granulite per one load of the hopper of the mixing device with granulated ammonium nitrate. In one embodiment of the method for manufacturing aluminium-containing granulite for the said cartridge, ammonium nitrate is mixed with an oil product according to the formulation for the granulite being produced. At least one of the above cartridges is added. The mixture is stirred. For each one cartridge with modifying additives, ammonium nitrate and oil product are weighed in the volume of the composition formulation, which corresponds to the volume of modifying additives from one cartridge. According to another embodiment, the contents of at least one of the said cartridges, or part of the volume of the cartridge, or more than one cartridge, are added to the resulting mixture, followed by mixing, in accordance with the formulation of the granulite composition.

EFFECT: increased safety of granulite production by manual loading of prescription components due to no accurate weighing of additives hazardous to human health.
