FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device consists of lower (2) and at least one upper part (3) of the instrument, which is put on lower part (2) having input and output terminals (4, 5) for electric wires and contact elements connected to them in the form of pin jacks, and upper part (3) has opposite contact elements in the form of plugs and at least one protective element (6), and namely voltage-controlled resistor connected between two contact elements. At least one current conducting path (7) is located between two input and output terminals (4, 5) related to each other so that it remains open when upper part (3) is not put. At least one opening element (8) is located in at least one current-conducting path (7) in upper part (3) of the instrument; and when the above element (8) is being opened due to non-allowed operating mode of protective element (6) the appropriate current-conducting path (7) is open also at put upper part (3) of the instrument.
EFFECT: detection of non-allowed operating modes by means of proper system mechanisms, and simple use.
