SUBSTANCE: proposed device of the improved small cell (SeNB) unit B consists of the following: a processor with the capability of at least: determination of IP address for a local gateway (LGW), where LGW is associated with SeNB; assignment of IP addresses for LGW; request receipt for transmission of at least one of the following: LIPA or SIPTO messages; and a transmitter-receiver configured to: send the LGW IP address to the improved macro unit B (MeNB) at least after one of: associating with LGW or receiving the request, wherein the SeNB has the dual connectivity with MeNB, and the processor is configured to: at least one of: LIPA or SIPTO messages.
EFFECT: provision of small cells improvement for dual connectivity mode or for supporting connection with local IP access or with the selected IP traffic discharge.
