SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology. Sais technical result is achieved by the following: method includes bringing fixer hook plate under acromion, reduction of clavicle, and fastening of fixer plate to clavicle body be means of screws. Between distant end of clavicle and articular surface of acromion placed is padding from elastic neutral for organism tissues material. First, end of fixer hook is passed through hole in the centre of padding in direction -from outside-inside. After that, lower part of padding and hook end are brought under acromion, upper part of padding being placed on the upper surface of clavicle end. After that, in clavicle reduction, lower part of padding is pressed with hook to acromion, upper part of padding - with fixer plate to clavicle. As padding synthetic film is used. Lower part of padding is additionally ligated to surrounding soft tissues, upper being fixed by thread from long-biodegradable material, tying its ends to each other above plate.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase quality of treatment in case of dislocation of acromial end of clavicle with reduction of complications by preventing formation of coarse adhesions between articular surfaces of clavicle and acromial surface of shoulder blade.
