FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves drilling two canals in clavicle and two in acromial process and pulling flexible fastening member through them from down to top. The member is fixed under tension on the superior acromial process surface. The second canal in the clavicle is drilled at an angle to the first one via single opening formed on the superior acromial process surface. The second canal in the acromial process is drilled on the superior surface with exit via one inferior opening. The opening on the superior clavicular surface is formed backwards and on the inferior acromial process surface forwards relative to their median lines. Then, both thread bundle ends brought from the superior clavicular surface opening are tied together in a knot. Several threads are separated from each bundle and two new portions are formed from them. One portion is conducted through one opening on the inferior acromial process surface and the second one through the other opening. The flexible fastening member is manufactured from a material showing prolonged resorption time period in human organism. EFFECT: high quality of surgical treatment; improved long-term prognosis. 2 cl, 5 dwg
