Soya milk in amount of 250 ml and 100 g of soya cheese are included in the diet of pregnant women from the first trimester and throughout the pregnancy. Laser reflex therapy is performed with the help of helium-neon laser at wave length 632.8 nm on biologically active points with periodicity of three courses in terms of 12–13 weeks, 20–21 weeks and 32–33 weeks, 1 procedure daily for 6–8 days for one course, radiation power flux density of 4 mWt/cm2, frequency of 4 Hz and exposure time of 10–15 s per one biologically active point by irradiation of carotid sinus and collar zone. C7, GI4, E36, V22, V28, VB20, F2, F8, E40, V39 biologically active points are irradiated in somatically healthy pregnant women and with chronic pyelonephritis, and if developing preeclampsia with underlying chronic non-specific pulmonary diseases, V20, E8, VB20, F2, C7, VI8 biologically active points are irradiated.
