FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to obstetrics and gynaecology, and can be used in predicting the risk of developing preeclampsia or foetal growth restriction. For this purpose, on week 19 to 21 of pregnancy, an ultrasound examination is performed in B mode, the area of interest is determined - the cotyledon of central placenta. In the superb microvascular imaging mode, the vessels of cotyledon stem villi are examined and parameters of blood flow are determined: resistance index (IR), pulsation index (PI), maximum systolic velocity (MSS), systolic/diastolic ratio (SDO), followed by calculating by original mathematical formulas. To predict the risk of development of preeclampsia, the value X=2.823+0.03×MSS-1.29×IR-1.013×PI-0.793×SDO is determined, then the risk of development of preeclampsia is calculated by the formula Y=1/(1+e-X). If Y is greater than 0.609, the development of preeclampsia is predicted. To predict the risk of development of FGR, the value X=2.592+0.011×MSS-0.588×IR-1.296×PI-0.673×SDO is determined, then the risk of FGR is calculated by the formula Y=1/(1+e-X). If Y is greater than 0.59, the development of FGR is predicted.
EFFECT: method ensures the prediction of gestational complications in the second half of pregnancy, thereby allowing for a justification of an appropriate strategy of pregnancy management, the implementation of a complex of therapeutic and preventive measures, and a reduction in the risk of development of complications and adverse outcomes of pregnancy through the application of technology of superb microvascular imaging, minimising the occurrence of motion artefacts and providing highly sensitive imaging, thereby allowing an image of the smallest vessels with a low speed blood flow to be obtain, which is impossible in a conventional Doppler examination.
