FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: device for treatment of ethanol-containing drinks consists of a closed circuit generating a magnetic flux, a vessel for drinks and three electric coil blocks connected to an external source of electric power supply. The closed circuit generating a magnetic flux is made of joined magnetically conductive elements forming a rectangle. One of the elements has a through groove wherein the vessel for drinks is installed at a gap. Inside the other elements the three coil blocks are located, each of them connected to a separate phase of the external source of AC electric power supply.
EFFECT: ethanol-containing drinks quality improvement due to provision for possibilities for considerable reduction of harmful admixtures concentration in the drinks as well as imitation of the sensation of proof being stronger as compared to the initial level during tasting.
