SUBSTANCE: method involves the action on the loaded item with alternating magnetic field generated with three-phase current, the power lines of which are distributed along the working surface of elements; at that, action of magnetic field is performed at its intensity of 1.8-2.5·105 A/m and frequency of 40-70 Hz; besides, bodies of the above elements during treatment perform the function of a connection closing link for magnetic field generated with the applicable system, and magnetic field is formed periodically at the time intervals equal to 25-42 days, or at the time interval t, at which where ΔU - difference between supplied and varied voltages; at that, measurement of voltages is carried out by means of a sensor, and magnetic field action is performed during 0.06-0.12 hours. The method is implemented in the device containing magnetically conductive elements with windings-coils arranged on them and connected to different phases of external three-phase power source; at that, magnetically conductive elements are located in the zone of treated surface of the elements and connected to their movement drive; at that, device has a voltage measurement sensor connected by means of a tracking and processing system to magnetically conductive elements, and in magnetically conductive element there is a through slot, the overall dimensions of which provide the possibility of arranging in it of the treated element for action of magnetic field on it.
EFFECT: increasing strength characteristics and operating life of the elements used in different assemblies and mechanisms, the operation of which is implemented under severe conditions.
