Also disclosed is deep fryer (10), which includes strut (38, 310), which supports electric heating coil (202, 302) in serpentine configuration. Spacer (38, 310) is connected to upper surface (204, 304) of electric heating spiral (202, 302) and is located at specified distance from lower wall (70, 570, 580).
