SUBSTANCE: systems and methods of cleaning deep fryer (10) with the help of flushing element (44, 510, 610) connected to bottom wall (70, 570, 580) of boiling chamber (12, 14, 502, 504). Upper section of flushing element (44, 510, 610) passes above lower wall (70, 570, 580) of boiling chamber (12, 14, 502, 504) and includes plurality of spraying nozzles (424a–g, 524a–c, 624a–g), which are separated by preset angles (A1—A7) from each other around periphery (426, 526, 626) of upper section (416, 516, 616) of flushing element (44, 510, 610) for orientation of plurality of spraying nozzles (424a–g, 524a–c, 624a–g) for spraying multiple flows (438a–g, 538a–c, 540a–c, 538a–g) under pressure of medium (42) for food preparation into preset boiling chamber area (12, 14, 502, 504), including at least one cooking chamber (12, 14, 502, 504) cooking angle (444a–d, 544a–f, 546a–f, 644a–d). Also disclosed is deep fryer (10), which includes strut (38, 310), which supports electric heating coil (202, 302) in serpentine configuration. Spacer (38, 310) is connected to upper surface (204, 304) of electric heating spiral (202, 302) and is located at specified distance from lower wall (70, 570, 580).
EFFECT: disclosed is a food preparation system with flushing elements and strut.
