SUBSTANCE: infected electronic file displayed on the display of an electronic device in form of a virtual symbol or object or icon has a completely or partly different colour and/or brightness and/or size and/or shape which differs from that of an uninfected electronic file, or the cursor pointed at the virtual symbol or object or icon denoting the infected electronic file blinks and/or changes colour and/or brightness and/or size and/or shape of the infected electronic file displayed on the display of the electronic device in form of a virtual symbol or object or icon gives out a sound when the cursor is pointed on it or after a time interval, text appears on and/or next to the electronic file displayed on the display of the electronic device in form of a virtual symbol or object or icon warning that the electronic file is infected or the warning text message appears when the cursor or, if the display is a touch screen, the stylus or finger is pointed on the virtual symbol or object or icon denoting the infected electronic file.

EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of detecting infected electronic files owing to different methods for their indication, which distinguish infected electronic files from uninfected electronic files.
