SUBSTANCE: IP connection is established to transport user data between a media gateway O and a media gateway T, besides, the connection of user data transportation is established in compliance with "Delayed establishment of backward carrier channel" of BICC protocol. After IPBCP message of request is received from MGW T, MGW O sends IPBCP message Accepted to MGW T and starts data transfer in the connection of user data transportation to MGW T. It is likely that user data arrives to MGW T before IPBCP message Accepted. MGW T extracts IP-address and a number of a source port from the received IP-packet of the connection of user data transportation from MGW O, and MGW T sends, having received the IP-packet of the connection of user data transportation, the first IP-packets of the connection of user data transportation to MGW O with application of the extracted IP-address and the port number as a receiver.
EFFECT: invention prevents a delay in call establishment.
