SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tackle for sports fishing, in particular, to spinning coils designed for amateur and sports fishing. The spinning coil comprises a case, a fishing line winding drum, a handle with an axis, a drum roll. The axis of drum rotation during fishing line winding is taken outside the diameter of the drum, forming the eccentricity of its own axis to its axis of rotation, the bearing roll of the drum rotation is fixed as capable of drum turning and fixation. The drum is rigidly fixed on a freely rotating faceplate.
EFFECT: using this invention makes it possible to expand functional capabilities of the spinning coil.
