FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in that corrosion rates K1, K2 of pipelines at their crossing are measured to be compared with relevant threshold values K01 and K02. In case measured values exceed said threshold values in, at least, one pipeline of the crossing, dangerous state of said crossing is ascertained. Note here that measured corrosion rates for certain time interval are summed up and compared with relevant threshold values SK01 and SK02. In case summed corrosion rates exceed relevant threshold values for, at least, one pipeline, dangerous state of said crossing is ascertained.

EFFECT: preventing threat of dangerous state.
