FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: coprosample is taken in the amount 0.8-1 g, diluted with 0.9% with sodium chloride in the ratio 1:2 (volume), mixed, centrifuged at 8000 rpm for 15 minutes; a supernatant is selected and added with 25-50 mcl of sheep's washed formalinised erythrocytes; erythrocytes are sedimented for 25-30 minutes; the sample is centrifuged at 2500-3000 rpm for 10 minutes; the supernatant is selected and added with an equal amount of 0.9% sodium chloride. Thereafter, the sample is titrated for 8 and more wells. 0.9% sodium chloride is introduced in each plate well. Then, 25 mcl of the analysed sample is inserted in the first well, then it is titrated multiple to two in the following wells. Then, 25 mcl of specific erythrocytic antigen diagnosticum is added in each well. Said specific erythrocytic antigen diagnosticum is an antigene diagnosticum made of bifidus bacteria or lactic acid bacilli. In 1.5-2 hours and/or in 20-24 hours, specific antibodies are visually detected: if observing an erythrocyte "umbrella", the presence of specific antibodies is stated. An erythrocyte "button" shows the absence of specific antibodies. If observing the erythrocyte "umbrella", a specific antibody titre is equal to 1:4 in the first well, 1:8 - in the second well, 1:16 - in the third well, etc. (cultivation is multiple 2).
EFFECT: method allows stating the absence or presence, and detecting the titre of specific antibody in human and animal coprofiltrates.
