SUBSTANCE: breaker unit of electric switching device has a body (7) to direct a flow. Emanating gases are directed by means of the body (7) for flow direction. The body (7) for flow direction is arranged at least from the first and second element (7a, 7b), besides, between both elements (7a, 7b) there is a coupling gap. The coupling gap has a section formed to create a labyrinth structure in a complementary manner by form between both elements (7a, 7b). Besides the coupling gap relative to the section plane goes through at least double change of direction by at least 180°. The first and second elements (7a, 7b) are axisymmetric bodies.
EFFECT: provision of insensitivity relative to hot gases.
