SUBSTANCE: load interrupter switch has the first (4) and the second (5) contact elements, between which an electric arc zone is located, to which feed channel (13) is connected, which attaches the electric arc zone to hot gas storage tank (14) that in its turn is connected to compression tank (18). In walls (8) of compression tank (18) there is output hole (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d, 20e, 20f, 20g, 20h) that is constantly opened at least in the contact state of contact elements (4, 5).
EFFECT: preventing undesired pre-loading of a compression tank with preliminary compression and destruction of the storage or compression tank.
