FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to agricultural industry. The proposed plant includes charging refrigerating machine, heat insulated impounding reservoir with evaporator located in it, water pump, milk heat exchanger, cooling agent heat exchanger, control unit, ambient air and cooling agent temperature sensors. Evaporator of charging refrigerating machine is combined and has additional coil consisting of tubes having thermal contact with heat exchange surfaces of evaporator. One end of additional coil is connected to input of cooling agent heat exchanger installed in open air with the fan arranged in front of it. Other end of coil is connected to lower part of heat insulated flash tank through cooling agent pump. Upper part of flash tank is connected to heat exchanger output for cold carrier, which is located in open air. Tank is filled with environmentally safe cold carrier with low freezing temperature, e.g. with water solution of calcium chloride or sodium chloride.
EFFECT: invention improves reliability and cooling efficiency of milk.
