FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: refrigerating plant for milk cooling using natural cold includes refrigerating machine, upper impounding reservoir and lower impounding reservoir being under the upper one in service area. The lower impounding reservoir accommodates refrigerating machine evaporator. Refrigerating plant also includes heat-exchanger as reservoir with stirring rod and cooling jacket connected with upper and lower parts of impounding reservoir, control unit having electrical connection with coolant pumps, stirring rod and temperature sensors of air, milk and coolant. Lower impounding reservoir is filled with ecologically safe non-toxic liquid. Reservoirs with elastic thin casing are placed in the lower reservoir. The upper impounding reservoir is made in the form of accumulating tank where hollow reservoir is installed. Fan is displaced in the upper part of hollow reservoir. Spray nozzles connected to pipeline with control valve, coolant pump and upper part of the lower impounding reservoir are installed inside fan. The lower part of impounding reservoir is linked with the upper part of lower impounding reservoir by means of pipeline.

EFFECT: increases accumulating capacity and cooling capacity, improves reliability under conditions of low atmospheric temperatures.
