SUBSTANCE: resource-saving hybrid plant for milk cooling on farms includes refrigerating machine, heat insulated impounding reservoir, tank-heat exchanger, fan, a control unit, a heat exchanger to ambient air temperature sensors, milk, milk and coolant. Milk heat exchanger and heat insulated accumulating reservoir is filled with water coolant and additionally provided with cooling jacket, which is located under a layer of heat insulation and filled with environmentally safe fluid with low freezing point. Jacket inlet pipe is connected to upper part of reservoir-heat exchanger, which is in open air and filled with environmentally safe fluid with low freezing point. Lower part of reservoir-heat exchanger is connected with pump and to lower part of cooling jacket. Reservoir-heat exchanger is made as a container with heat-conducting walls between aligned outer and inner cylinders, space between closed bottom while conical cavity, which connects upper edges of external and internal cylinders between which there is a auger-like coolant guide.

EFFECT: invention provides improved cooling capacity and reliability.
