SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, namely - to poultry breeding. The method for industrial-scale breeding of egg and meat cross chickens is as follows. Chickens undergo treatment in a hatcher. Then fodder is fed to one day old chickens. Then one proceeds with treatment after chickens sorting and sanitary treatment of the unit before placement of chickens therein and aerosol spraying of the cages with chickens. An active substance is added to the water and fodder given to chickens to drink and eat. The active substance is represented by "Prolam" probiotic agent with lactobacteria cells concentration 10⁸/ml Chickens treatment with the active substance in the hatcher is performed by way of aerosol spraying during 5-7 min, the active substance taken in an amount of 12-18 ml per 1 m³ of the hatcher volume. The active substance is also added to fodder (at a ratio of 1:1) that is fed to one day old chickens after sorting, the expenditure rate being 0.8-1.2 kg per 10 thousand birds. The fodder is prepared by way of millet soaking during 1.5-2.5 h Chickens treatment is performed after sorting by way of spraying (spraying agent expenditure rate 20-25 ml per 100 birds) with subsequent drying. The unit sanitary treatment is performed 2-3 h prior to chickens delivery, the sanitary agent expenditure rate 0.8-1.2 l per 1000 m³ of the premises volume. Spraying of the cages is performed 2-3 hours after chickens have been placed therein, spraying agent expenditure rate 20-30 ml per 100 birds. The active substance is fed to chickens (mixed with fodder) in an amount of 3.8-4.2 l per 1 t of fodder or added to drinking water in an amount of 0.1-0.2 ml per bird daily during the first 14 days of breeding.

EFFECT: invention ensures improvement of chicken livestock preservation and fodder conversion, enhances the flock uniformity, enables production of environmentally safe poultry breeding products.
