SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The method includes mixing the semi-products with a whitening agent in the interelectrode space of an undivided cell. The reagent is produced by way of passing direct electric current with density 300-600 A/m2 through water solution of an electrolyte during 4-8 minutes.
EFFECT: invention enables production safety enhancement combined with improvement of the target product quality parameters.
