FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method of decontamination of sewage waters includes their treatment with hypochlorite solutions, obtained in electrolyser from mineralised industrial waters. Treatment of initial mineralised industrial water with concentration of chloride-ions from 5 to 11 g/l is carried out in diaphragm-free electrolyser with time modes of water processing 10÷30 s and density of current on electrodes 500÷750 A/m2, hypochlorite solution with concentration of active chlorine from 80 to 600 mg/l is obtained, obtained hypochlorite solution is mixed with sewage waters in ratio from 1:55 to 1:12 with correspondence of mixed product to NAC standards with provision of contact of hypochlorite solution with sewage waters for at least 30 minutes to carry out their complete decontamination.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to utilise mineralised industrial waters in form of hypochlorite solutions, used for decontamination of sewage waters.
