FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to operative orthopedics. Image of spiral computer tomography of normal hip joint (HJ) is used. On the image reconstructed is line of distance from the place of attachment of muscles of group of external hip rotators (MGEHR) in region of pelvis to the place of their attachment in the region of hip in trochanteric fossa - fossa trochanterica and line of anatomical MGEHR length, their values are determined. After that reconstructed is line of length of distance from the place of anatomical attachment of muscles of external hip rotators in the region of pelvis to the new place of attachment to intertrochanteric crest of hip after supposed transposition. If analysis of lengths ratio shows presence of spare anatomical length of MGEHR, then transposition of MGEHR onto intertrochanteric crest of hip after elimination of external rotational contracture of HJ is considered possible.
EFFECT: method ensures elimination of external rotational hip contracture, preservation of intactness of muscles of group of external hip rotators, restoration of muscles of posterior HJ part, preservation of biomechanics of muscles and HJ on the whole, prevention of development of posterior HJ instability and early hip dislocation.
