FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and medical equipment, namely laser eye surgical devices and procedures. The device comprises a pulse femtosecond laser emitter and optical components guiding laser light and focusing it on the operated site on the surface of or inside the eye. The optical components comprises lenses placed in sequence along the laser light path, and at least one lens is position-adjusted with respect to the other lenses in the direction of laser beam distribution. For the purpose of lens adjustment, the device comprises a control unit actuator: having an access to the measurement results of the eye surface topography, using the topography to derive a motion profile of said lens that presets a nominal position for all scanning points in the x-y plane in each moment of time to place said adjustable lens, and controlling the actuator on the basis of said controlled motion profile. The method involves calculating the controlled motion profile of said lens as provided by the topography measurement and driving signal generation for the actuator on the basis of a specific controlled motion profile.
EFFECT: use of the group of inventions enables a consistent thickness of the cut flap in case of intraoperative eye motion.
