SUBSTANCE: invention refers to drugs, and concerns a combination for treating glioma containing: (a) an epothilone derivative of formula (I') and (b) a protein kinase inhibitor {6-[4-(4-ethylpiperazine-1-ylmethyl)phenyl]-7N-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-4-yl}(1-phenylethyl)amine wherein the active ingredients (a) and (b) in each case are present in a free form or in the form of a pharmaceutically acceptable salt in an effective amount, and optionally at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier for concurrent, separate or consequent administration. What is disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition for treating glioma, application of the combination for preparing the drug and a market package.
EFFECT: combination under the invention shows a synergetic effect in treating glioma
