FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical industry and may be used in thermal moulding of industrial rubber articles. Proposed device comprises mould, waveguide, radio translucent communication window and magnetron. Note here that electrically conducting mould is arranged perpendicular to rectangular waveguide axial line and has electrical contact with waveguide along communication window perimetre. Communication window is arranged in rectangular waveguide narrow wall, opposite electromagnetic wave electrical component peak. Said window features relative dialectic factor equal to or approximating to that of heated composition whereat crosswise sizes of waveguide formed by communication window are equal to or exceeding critical sizes for frequency of used SHF-electromagnetic radiation.
EFFECT: uniform heating, moulding and compacting without extra microwave chamber.
