FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a unit for heating polymer composite materials. Installation for heating polymer composite materials includes a working chamber with a ceramic muffle installed in it, inside which electric heaters are located. A metal screen is installed on the inner surface of the muffle, and heat insulation is installed on the outer surface. In the upper part of the chamber there is a window for connection of at least one waveguide-slot radiator, to two outputs of which microwave generators are connected, to the outputs of which a microwave heating controller is connected, which is connected to a contactless pyrometer, which is partially installed in the housing of the working chamber. On the outside of the working chamber, a power regulator of electric heaters is connected to the electric heaters, to which a contact resistance thermometer is connected through a temperature setting device, which is located inside the working chamber. At the same time the working chamber has a door, and inside it there is a cuvette intended for placement of the processed polymer composite material.

EFFECT: shorter time for hardening the thermosetting binder and thermal treatment of the polymer composite material.
