FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building, particularly, to method and device for lifting objected from sea bottom in conditions of sea motions. Proposed method comprises floating platform arranged above underwater object at maximum ballast load and connected with said object by lifting links. Links slack is taken up for them to be rigidly fixed on said platform. Ballast is removed from platform to change underwater object into suspended state by lifting it to height equal to difference between platform draft at full ballast load and that caused by object weight with ballast removed. Platform is moved together with object toward destination point in direction of sea depth reduction unless object touches bottom soil. Jobs are repeated unless object touches bottom soil at its final destination point. Complex comprises floating platform with compartments and liquid ballast loading unloading devices, lifting links, for lifting, immersing, tensioning and clamping said links. Platform is provided with speed, pitch and roll pickups and compressed gas controlled sources. Platform hull has at least one through vertical elongated opening oriented along platform midplane. Lifting devices made up of separate modules that move in horizontal guides are arranged relative to plane of symmetry of said openings. Said modules have vertical shaft arranged inside platform opening.
